The Columbia River is a river of stories. Experience the history, and the legends, of the Columbia River Gorge and learn about the Native Americans and the Lewis and Clark Expedition on a cruise aboard the Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler. Boarding is at Marine Park in Cascade Locks, in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

Enjoy riverboat cruises on our authentic triple-deck paddle wheeler, providing 360 degrees of breathtaking vistas. The Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler is owned by the Port of Cascade Locks and operated by the Portland Spirit. The Sternwheeler is docked in the Cascade Locks Marine Park from May to October. You may book your cruise at the Visitor Center in the Cascade Locks Marine Park or via online.

Inside the Visitor Center you’ll find the Locks Waterfront Café, open for meals, coffee, or a snack from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., May to October. Enjoy the delicious, casual menu featuring fresh, local and organic selections—and the view!
