  • Cost: Non-community members: $50 for meeting room only, $75 for the meeting room and kitchen. Additional $5 per hour over 4 hours
  • Tables and Chairs: Seats 40 total

Marine Facilities

Marina/ Transit Dock

  • Monthly/annual cost to moor: Boats 30 feet and under $72 monthly, $566 annually. Boats over 30 feet $2.48/ft.month, $1.57/ft/month/year
  • Slip size: 9 slips @ 20 feet, 18 slips @ 28 feet, 5 slips @ 35 feet, 1 slip @ 46 feet, 3 slips which vary depending on length of adjacent boats
